Cleburne Building

The Cleburne Building has space for lease ranging from 585ft2 to 1367ft2. It's a great place to start a business, with great traffic flow and a central location.
Construction began on the Cleburne Building in September of 2002. Ross Andrews, a local architect, who also designed Ringgold City Hall and the Colonnade Civic Center as well as other notable buildings in the area, designed the building. fountain_left_side
The building is constructed using brick, concrete and steel. It also has large arched windows on all outside walls and a large masonry tower entranceway. landscape
It is a two-story structure, which is located on the northern end of the former Ringgold Plaza shopping center. It has a total of 8,659 square feet of heated floor space with 3,858 downstairs and 4,801 upstairs. It presently has plans for one elevator in the rear of the building. It has been constructed to meet the Southern Building Code requirements for a restaurant accommodating over 200 guests at a time. right_side
